I: GENERAL TERMS
» I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
» All commissioned pieces may or will include watermarks that you may not remove.
» Prices are subject to change based on demand.
» Please provide clear visual reference/s and a detailed commission request.
II: PAYMENT
» I accept USD & PHP that can be paid through PayPal(Invoice) & GCash.
» Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch approval.
» No refunds and cancellations once you sent and I received the payment.
III: PROCESS & DELIVERY
» I will send you an initial sketch so you can approve or require adjustments if necessary.
» I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you.
» The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
» The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week-2 months or less depending on factors such as mental/health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc.
» If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know asap.
» You can track your commission and check any announcements I may or will post on Queue.
» Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image that will be sent via email in PNG format.
IV: REVISIONS
» Minor changes are possible at any stage(change or add small details, colors). If you require a major change at any advanced stage of the drawing(e.g. change of pose/outfit), I may charge a 25% extra fee.
» If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge a 25% extra fee to change it.
V: COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
I, Fray(the artist):
» I retain all the copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
» I will NOT claim the intellectual property(IP) of the commissioned artwork.
» I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you(the client) break any of the terms.
» I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online or use it in my portfolio.
You(the client):
» You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media platforms(must give proper credits to the artist).
» You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork(reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.)
» You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.
» You retain the rights to the intellectual property(IP) of the commissioned artwork.
» You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license of the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for more info.
